The use of the Vector Solutions online training system will, we believe, address both of these goals in a manner that is both effective and efficient
as well as open up excellent career learning opportunities for ALL DPW employees.

However, the platform is new to our Organization and, to some, might be the source of uneasiness. Please rest assured that the DPW Staff and Leadership are dedicated to a successful launch and implementation of this system and to the outstanding results that await us. If we honestly apply ourselves and pull together, the possibilities are huge!
